Returns

Changed your mind? Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We are happy to give you a refund within 30 days from the date you received your item.

How to return an item (US only)

  1. Please send us an email to info@signareusa.com quoting:
  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Remember to include your despatch note that came with the package. 
  2. Cover your original address label with our return address:

  1. Return your package via your local courier, remembering to get proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately we do not provide free returns, so you will need to cover the postage cost.
  2. Once we receive your item(s) we will issue you a refund and you will be notified. 

 

What if i have a faulty item?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please send us an email to info@signareusa.com

To help us get this fixed for you asap, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code (this can be found in your order confirmation)
  • Picture of the fault
  • Description of the fault
